At Lustig Jewelers, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below and do not hesitate to reach out to our team with any questions.

Returns and Refunds

We will accept returned merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition

• No alterations may have been performed on the piece

• Special orders and custom design work are not eligible for return or refund

To initiate a return, please contact us by phone at (847) 680-7300 or visit us in-store. We will inspect the piece and process your refund promptly.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and no alterations have been made.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom-designed jewelry and special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun. Our team will discuss all design details with you thoroughly before any work starts to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Engraved Items

Items that have been engraved are not eligible for return or exchange, as the engraving is a permanent personalization of the piece.

Layaway Purchases

We accept layaway purchases for up to 6 months without finance or carrying charges. Additional time may be allowed for special orders and custom design work.

How to Return an Item

To return or exchange an item, please:

• Contact us at (847) 680-7300 or visit us in-store within the return window

• Bring your original receipt or proof of purchase

• Bring the item in its original packaging where possible

We do not currently accept returns by mail for online purchases without prior authorization. Please contact us to arrange your return before sending any item.
