Lustig Jewelers offers fine jewelry, custom jewelry design, jewelry repair, and related services from our showroom in Vernon Hills, Illinois, as well as through our online store. All products are subject to availability.

Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through our website or in-store, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

For custom and special order items, a deposit may be required before work begins. All custom orders are subject to our custom order terms, which will be discussed with you before any work commences.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. For financing options, please refer to our Financing page.

We offer multiple financing programs through Jewelers Reserve and Synchrony Bank, ranging from 6 to 18 months deferred payment options. Financing is subject to credit approval.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
