Roman has been crafting custom jewelry at Lustig for decades, delivering one-of-a-kind pieces to thousands of satisfied customers across the Chicagoland area. His expertise spans the full spectrum, from the simplest ring resize to the most intricate custom creation.
When you book a custom consultation, Roman meets with you personally to understand your vision, share inspiration from his past work, and develop a design that reflects who you are. You're involved at every stage, from concept to completion.

HOW IT WORKS
From the First Conversation to Finished Piece. Here's What to Expect.
Consultation
You meet with Roman to share your vision, look through inspiration, and discuss the possibilities. There's no obligation and no pressure, just a conversation.
Design
Using 3D CAD technology, Roman creates a detailed digital rendering of your piece. You'll see exactly how it will look before anything is made, and you can request changes at this stage.
Wax Model
A physical wax model is created on-premises so you can hold and examine the design before casting. You're invited to come in and see it in person.
Casting & Finishing
Once you've approved the model, the piece is cast and finished right here in our showroom. Every detail, the setting, the polish, the fit is attended to with care.
Delivery
Your finished piece is inspected, guaranteed, and presented to you. We think you'll love it. And if anything ever needs adjusting, we're right here.
