We offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all purchases of $100 or more.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.

Processing Time

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of your order being placed. Custom orders and special orders will have individual timelines discussed and confirmed with you before work begins.

Delivery Timeframe

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, though delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS. Lustig Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Lustig Jewelers cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to collect your purchase in person? You are welcome to select in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Vernon Hills showroom at a time that suits you.
